My neighbor and friend wanted his favorite group immortalized via acrylic. He took the reference photo with his camera phone which enlarged relatively alright. When I presented the finished product I was a little nervous (I always am with commissioned work; it's very challenging to meet expectations) but he was so happy with it. It was so fun for me to see his excitement. I still get compliments from our mutual friends.
Just because I've never done it before, I try to say "yes" to odd commission requests. You never know what will come of it.
